Structural Engineers
Every home we build is designed and inspected by a licensed structural engineer. This includes reviewing soil tests to designing site specific foundation details. Each of our frames is designed to carry all loads from the roof to the foundation. The engineer who designs the system also inspects our work prior to foundation pour and frame completion to make certain that the built structure complies with the structural design.
Master Craftsmen
The finish of the home is what everyone sees when the home is complete. It is different but no less important than the structural elements of the home. At Ivanhoe, we view these finish details as the way to give your home its personality, setting it apart from all the others.
